Neighborhood rules

Weed Neighborhood is a cozy place for adults. These rules apply to chat, voice, houses, names and games.

The deal

What we expect from everyone who lives here

Respect
No harassment, threats, stalking or teasing meant to hurt. When someone asks you to stop, stop.
No hate
No racism, homophobia, xenophobia or any attack on who a person is. It applies to chat, voice, letters and names.
No spam
No ads, chain messages, scams, chat flooding or links to other sites.
No cheating or exploits
No bots, outside programs or abusing bugs for an edge. Found a bug? Tell us through the in-game Feedback instead of using it.
No real money
Accounts, items, Bud Bucks, Gold Leaf and chips have no cash value: selling, buying or trading them for real money is forbidden. The casino is play only.
Adults 18+ only
The game is for adults. Anyone under 18 cannot play.
Decent names
Characters, strains, clubs and houses cannot have offensive names or links, or pretend to be another person or the staff. Names that imitate an existing one are refused.
Stay in the fiction
No arranging to buy or sell real products, and no asking or giving real-world growing, dosing or health advice. Here it is all a game.

When someone crosses the line

The response depends on severity and history. Moderators see the report, the recent chat and the action history, and every decision is logged.

Mute
The person cannot speak for a while: chat, mail, proximity voice and NPC conversations.
Kick
Closes the session at once. They can return, but moderation is already watching.
Ban
For a few hours or days, or for good, always on the whole account. It is the last step, for serious or repeated cases.
Ask for a new name
If your character's name breaks the rules, the team can ask you to pick another one, for free, before you play again.

In the game

Block
Open the player's menu and choose Block. You stop seeing their chat, and they cannot message, befriend or gift you. You can also mute someone just for you, or everyone, in voice too.
Report
In the same menu, choose Report, pick the reason (harassment, spam, cheating, offensive name or other) and tell us what happened if you like. Moderators get the report with the person's latest chat lines.
Letters
An abusive letter from your mailbox can be reported too: it disappears from your box and any gift goes back to the sender.

False or excessive reports can lead to action against the reporter. You can report the same player once an hour.
